Color & Dyeing Methods

This yarn is produced using the melt-dyeing (dope-dyed) process. By incorporating high-grade black pigments directly into the polyester chip melt, we achieve a color fastness to light and washing of Grade 4.5 or higher. This eliminates the need for post-dyeing, saving energy and water for our manufacturing partners.
