The use time of the ring also affects the hairiness, so the ring can not be used for an extended period of time.

The smaller the aperture of the yarn guide, the better the improvement of hairiness; the yarn guide should be smooth and wear-resistant. The use of front-zone collector for spun yarn is a very effective measure to reduce yarn hairiness.



3) Strengthen equipment management to ensure that the components are intact and clean:

In the spinning process, the yarn guide hook wears out and grooves, and the finish is reduced. It is easy to shave the yarn and increase the yarn hairiness. The worn out grooved yarn guide should be replaced in time.

The spun yarn guide hook, steel ring and spindle are not in the same direction, causing the air ring to be incorrect, causing the yarn to rub and collide with the yarn spacer, and rub against the top of the bobbin, which doubles the yarn hairiness.

If the distance between the traveler cleaner and the ring is too large, the cleaning effect will be ineffective, the traveler will have more flowers, which will sand the yarn. Keep the gauze board smooth and clean, avoid fouling, and prevent air circle collision and increase hairiness.

Do a good job of removing dirt and smoothing the bell mouth. Therefore, in actual production, the gauze channel must be kept clean, attention must be paid to equipment maintenance, and problems should be repaired in time to keep the equipment in good condition.

4) Strengthen operation management:

Do a good job of cleaning all parts, make timely rounds, handle broken ends, and prevent sticking, entanglement, hanging, and blocking. Eliminate the floating hairiness formed by the adhesion of foreign accumulated flowers, short pile and flying flowers during the spinning process.

During the twisting process, the flying in of flying flowers and short fleece is the main cause of floating hairiness. In the specific production process, strengthen the cleaning of the roving tube feet, the drafting part and the winding part, and the timely removal of the piled flowers on the hair roller, which can effectively reduce the hairiness.

After each doffing, the entanglement of the spindle should be removed, and the cleaner should hang flowers.

5) Strengthen air conditioning management and strictly control the temperature and humidity of the workshop:

Temperature and humidity affect the rigidity and conductivity of the fiber, and therefore also have a certain effect on the yarn hairiness. If the humidity is relatively high, the fiber will be softer and easy to be twisted into the yarn body, and static electricity is easy to eliminate. On the premise that the rubber roller is not wound, increasing the relative humidity is beneficial to eliminate static electricity and improve the winding conditions to reduce hairiness. The humidity is about 60%, the temperature is about 32°C, and the moisture regain is controlled according to the conventional moisture regain of the blended yarn, which is beneficial to controlling hairiness.

The air flow in the workshop is turbulent, and the air flow driven by the high-speed spinning of the spinning spindle will increase the number of fly and short lint and irregular movement, which will cause the increase of floating hairiness; the large difference in regional temperature and humidity is not conducive to hairiness control. When air conditioning is adjusted, there should be no air turbulence, and the difference in temperature and humidity in the area should be reduced.
