Color & Dyeing Methods

1200D yarn is most commonly supplied in Dope Dyed Black for industrial applications, ensuring permanent color and maximum UV protection. For Raw White (RW) versions, the yarn is optimized for the penetration of dyes despite its thickness, although plying pre-dyed yarns is the most common method for achieving color consistency in this denier.
