Production involves polymer chip melting, spinning, drawing, and texturing on modern DTY machinery. For customization, clients can specify critical parameters:

  • Intermingle Level: Adjusted from NIM to HIM based on the required downstream processing (e.g., higher HIM for weaving stability).

  • Twist Configuration: Customizable S-twist, Z-twist, or S+Z combination for specific fabric textures.

  • Luster Adjustment: Titanium Dioxide levels can be modified to achieve Full Dull or Bright finishes.

Color & Dyeing Methods

The 150D series is available in standard Raw White (RW), ready for traditional piece dyeing. We also offer Dope Dyed Color Yarns, where the color pigment is integrated into the polymer melt prior to spinning. This method provides superior color fastness, excellent uniformity, and requires less water and energy compared to post-dyeing. Stock colors typically include Optical White, Black, and commonly requested shades like Beige, Navy, and Lilac.
