This specific configuration provides a structured hand feel and high mechanical stability. The 36-filament structure is designed to minimize snagging during high-speed textile processing while maintaining a consistent crimp contraction. Available in Semi-Dull and Bright lusters, it can be ordered with varying intermingle levels, from Non-Intermingled (NIM) for smooth surfaces to High Intermingled (HIM) for improved yarn cohesion in weaving.

Production Process & Customization Service

Our 150D/36F DTY is produced through a simultaneous draw-texturing process. Customization options include:

  • Intermingle Customization: We can produce NIM, SIM (Slightly), or HIM depending on whether the yarn is for knitting or sizing-free weaving.

  • Package Weight: Standard bobbins are 5kg to 6kg, but customized weights are available to optimize creel efficiency.

  • Specific Luster: Incorporating different levels of TiO2 to achieve specific delustering effects.

We provide 150D/36F in Raw White (RW) for piece dyeing and Optical White for high-brightness applications.
