Production involves simultaneous draw-texturing with precision-controlled air-jet intermingling. Customization includes:

  • Node Strength: Adjustable air-jet pressure to create "lighter" or "firmer" SIM points.

  • Oil Pick-Up (OPU): Optimized from 2.0% to 5.0% to match your machine requirements.

  • Filament Count: We can adjust to 72F or 96F in the 150D SIM range for added softness.
