The 300D/72F Raw White (RW) NIM (Non-Intermingled) polyester yarn is a high-strength DTY filament designed for structured textile applications. With 72 filaments, each individual filament is thicker than those in a 96F bundle, providing increased abrasion resistance and a crisper hand feel. The NIM configuration provides a smooth, knot-free profile, making it suitable for high-precision knitting and for use as a base yarn in secondary processes like twisting or sizing. The Raw White finish is semi-dull by default, offering a balanced matte appearance.

The NIM variant is produced by bypassing the intermingle jet during texturing. Customization includes:

  • Oil Content: OPU levels can be adjusted (2% - 5%) to suit different machine speeds.

  • Shrinkage Tuning: BWS can be customized for specific fabric processing temperatures.

  • Specific Luster: Available in Bright (BR) or Full Dull (FD) on request.
