Color & Dyeing Methods

Our Navy yarn is manufactured using the melt-dyeing process. High-purity navy masterbatch is metered into the polyester melt before extrusion. This method ensures that the deep blue shade is an inherent part of the fiber, providing a stability that traditional vat dyeing cannot match.
