Polyester SD (Semi-Dull) Yarn is the most widely used filament in the textile industry. It is produced by adding a small percentage of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2​) to the polyester melt, which diffuses light and reduces the inherent plastic-like shine of the fiber. This results in a natural, matte appearance that mimics cotton or wool.
